Unfortunately this is obviously not the case for the T480. According to the USB-C Dock only supports 3 monitors with 1920*1080 if the laptop (!) supports DP 1.4. I think I found the source of the problem. What could be wrong? What di I have to do to get the USB-C Dock running with 3 monitors?

Even in a setup with 2 monitors and the laptop screen, the monitors and the laptop screen work (so, it cannot be a max resolution restriction). I tried the third monitor in a setup with only two monitors, and then it worked as expected (so, it's not defect). My problem is, that for the third monitor (connected via DP), Windows (10) only allows a maximum resolution of 1440*576, which results in no signal for this monitor. I set the power setting "Power buttons and lid" => "Lid close action" => "Plugged in" to "Do nothing" and closed the lid to deactivate the laptop display (because Intel Graphics only supports 3 monitors).

Two monitors are connected via Display Port, one via HDMI.
